These terms govern your use of the MacroMeals Prep website and our home-made tiffin subscription service, operated from Uthalsar, Thane West – 400601, Maharashtra, India. By creating an account or buying a plan, you agree to them.

Our service

We prepare and deliver home-style meals on a weekly or monthly subscription. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday between 6:00 AM and 8:30 AM. There are no Sunday deliveries. Menus are fixed weekly and may change based on ingredient availability; portions may vary slightly with raw ingredient measurements.

Your account

• You must give a valid email address and verify it before ordering.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the accuracy of your delivery address.
• One person may hold one account. Referral codes may be used once per account, on the first subscription only.

Plans, pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees on the plans section of this website and include free delivery within our service area. Payment is collected up front for the full billing cycle through our payment partner Razorpay. We do not store your card details.

Pausing, skipping and changes

You can pause deliveries or skip a single day from your account. Skips need at least 2 days' notice so the kitchen can plan. Paused days are added to the end of your plan, so you never lose the days you paid for.

Food safety and allergens

Meals are freshly cooked in a home kitchen and are best consumed on the day of delivery. Our kitchen handles dairy, wheat, soy, nuts and chicken; we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please tell us about allergies before subscribing.

Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control such as weather, strikes, or an incorrect or inaccessible delivery address. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected deliveries.
