Shipping & Delivery Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver only within Mulund – Thane, Mumbai. If you are just outside this area, message us on WhatsApp before subscribing and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you. Our kitchen is at Uthalsar, Thane West – 400601, Maharashtra, India.

When we deliver

• Monday to Saturday, between 6:00 AM and 8:30 AM. No Sunday deliveries.
• Lunch and dinner boxes for the day are delivered together in the morning window.
• Delivery is free across our service area — there are no shipping charges.

Getting your box

Please make sure someone can receive the tiffin, or tell us a safe spot at your door. If we cannot deliver because nobody is available or the address is wrong or inaccessible, that day is treated as delivered.

Changes and delays

Address changes take effect from the next delivery day. On rare occasions weather or traffic may delay a delivery; we will message you on WhatsApp if that happens. Your first delivery starts on the next delivery day after your plan is activated.
