Privacy Policy

MacroMeals Prep respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. Last updated June 2026.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and (optionally) your Google profile name and picture when you sign in with Google.
• Your delivery address and delivery preferences, such as skipped days and custom meal picks.
• Subscription and payment records — plan, amount, payment reference. Card and UPI details are handled entirely by Razorpay and never reach our servers.

Why we use it

To create and secure your account, cook and deliver the right meals to the right address, process payments, send you order confirmations, weekly menus and renewal reminders, and to support you when you contact us.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers that make the app work: Razorpay for payments and our transactional email provider for account and order emails. We never sell your data or send marketing to purchased lists.

Security and retention

Passwords are stored only as salted bcrypt hashes. Sessions use secure, httpOnly cookies. We keep your subscription records for as long as your account exists and as required for accounting.

Your choices

You can update your address and password in your account at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and personal data by writing to macromealsp@gmail.com. Cookies are used only for signing you in and keeping you signed in.
